Q: Are the paintings original?
A: Yes, all paintings in our shop are original artwork of professional artists.

Q: Are pictures delivered with frames?
A: No. First, frames need to be added according to your room's interior, so not
every frame will fit. Next, aquarelle drawings are usually put behind glass
(gives the best view) and mail services do not take responsibility for
delivering fragile items.

Q: What does "Available for pre-order" mean next to some
pictures?
A: All drawings in our gallery are unique. If a picture has already been ordered
by someone else, you can pre-order this picture. In this case, our artist (who
originally drew the picture) will make another painting. You have to understand
that although it will look very similar to the ordered one, no two pictures are
absolutely identical.
